There needs to be a minimum commitment of 6 Months.
Each package is applicable for one website only.
12.36% service tax in not included in the above price and will be charged as additional amount.
The hours mentioned against the tasks above are indicative and do not represent the actual turnaround time. Hours would be logged in as per actual activity.
The hours remaining at the end of the period will be carried forward to the next support plan. This is subject to renewal within 15 days of expiry of the previous package.
We reserve the right to differentiate between "updates" and "new design". New design work is charged at our new project rates.
Updates should be provided electronically through email.
Although we make every effort to make accurate changes, it is the client's responsibility to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that need to be made. We do not charge for changes that are our fault. However, if a change needs to be made due to client error, the regular hourly update fees will be charged.
We may increase the Annual Charge as set out in this Agreement by giving 30 days prior written notice to take effect at the end of the notice period.
What's Not Included?
Redesign of the site, including changing any design elements.
Creation of subdomains or new installations.
Installing any new, third-party extensions (core extensions being enabled are acceptable).
Changing of the template.
Anything else not listed as included in this service.
Service Availability and Response time:
We will respond to all maintenance requests /queries from "The Client" within 24 hours on weekdays, via email or phone, with a confirmation that the request was received, and an estimated completion date for each action item in the request. Maintenance requests received after 3:00pm IST may not be completed until the next business day unless prior arrangements have been made.
"The Company" will adhere to all quoted deadlines for the deliverables mentioned in the maintenance requests at all possible costs. In the event that "The Company" has any issues in delivering on a quoted deadline, "The Client" will be notified via email or telephone the reasoning for any change.
